Process And Certification
Powder Coating Chemistry In Action At Our Factory :
Treatment Area: All extruded aluminium profiles and cast aluminium surfaces undergo a full chemical treatment process under 8 stainless steel tanks, which include complete etching or degreasing, acid wash and yellow chromating with a final water rinse of less than 50µs/cm.
Painting Area :An automatic conveyor brings all material to a powder spray booth for the required colour under an automatic applicator for proper and adequate finish toachieve 60 – 90 micron powder thickness.
Curing Oven : Our main Curing Oven is of 20 meters Length X 2.5 meters Height X 75 meter width. Uniform travelling temperature is maintained at Various locations inside oven full time. Test is conducted to ensure the article temperature at various zones inside oven during its travel from Entry to exit of oven. Temperature Uniform in vicinity of article is checked with the help of TTR.
